 Term of Office

  • One (1) Years  

Time Commitment

  • Approximately 5-10 hours per month/month depending needs

  • Attend 4 scheduled meetings annually. (1 Annual General Meeting, and 3 Regular Quarterly Meetings).

  • Miss no more than 2 board meetings annually.

  • Highly encouraged to attend other committee meetings, fundraising events, and other functions as schedule permits and as required.

  • Participate in weekly online/virtual Chatter Discussion.

  • Chair/Board of Director might be eligible for re-election once their term is up, subject to Board performance evaluation.

  • Represent Kindah™ Foundation in a positive light within the community and on social media.

  • Participation in a monthly conference call as needed.

  • Make a financial contribute to the organization each year to maintain active membership.


    All BOD’s or Chair is required to have access to a fax machine, computer, internet, printer and landline phone or a mobile phone. Chair are required to attend all board meeting locally or virtually.


    Organizational, time management, leadership, and administrative skills. Extensive professional experience with significant executive leadership accomplishments in business, government, philanthropy, or the nonprofit sector. Members of the Board of Directors will advise, govern, oversee policy and direction, and assist with the leadership and general promotion of the Kindah™ Foundation in support of the organization’s mission and needs.

    Virtual Position Available

    Please note that most chair/director positions are virtual, you can work from the comfort of your home in any state or county. However, Annual General Meeting is mandatory, meet in January each year.
