Brid_a (3)Bridgett Parris is the Founder & CEO of Kindah Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization which she builds from the comfort of her living room.Ms. Parris is very passionate about eradicating and breaking the silence on cervical and ovarian cancer and the risk associated with PCOS and HPV.

She is philanthropy driven and believes in giving to the community, and always ready to purposefully help those in need. Ms. Parris has owned and operated her own successful financial company for over 16 years, helping families achieve homeownership while providing the community with financial counseling, foreclosure prevention, and debt management. Ms. Parris understands with hard work diligence disciplined focus and self-sacrifice, things are achieved. She is determined to make sure the marginalized in society have the same access and opportunity, a necessity which Ms. Parris believes should be available to all, and that Gynecologic Cancer, Human Papillomavirus (HPV), and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is treated as a public priority. She is a graduate of the University of Houston-Victory with B.A. in Business Administration and a centration in Healthcare Management, and she went on to pursue an MBA in Business and centration in Public Health.

For the past 9 years, Ms. Parris continues to inspire others by dedicating her energy to helping raise awareness for early detection and prevention of ovarian and cervical cancer, and the risk associated with PCOS and HPV.

On Saturday, September 24th, 2016 Ms. Parris host South Florida’s first-ever Ovarian & Gynecologic Cancer 5K Run / Fun Walk dedicated to South Florida’s Ovarian & Gynecologic Cancer Survivors. Ms. Parris receive two proclamations awards from both the City of Pembroke Pines and Broward County. The event had over 400 participants with a morning filled with inspiration, love, and hope. As a mother of four and a grandmother of three, Ms. Parris continues to lead an enriching and meaningful life.
