Teal 5K Run/ Walk  Cancellation/Refund Policy

No refunds are permitted, however, you may donate your registration/ticket. The request must be sent to us in writing and we must receive it 1 weeks before the event. Please email baparris@kindahfoundation.org and call (954) 839-6561 Ext. 3443 if you do not receive a confirmation email from us. There will be no refunds for cancellations due to acts of Most High, including weather-related cancellations and cancellations due to facility complications; war, riot or civil commotion; terrorism; fire; casualties; utility failure, boycott; labor dispute, strike or stoppage (including a strike by the members of any union); an act of any federal, state or local authorities; or any other similar or dissimilar act beyond organizer’s reasonable control.

Merchandise Refund Policy: 

Standard shipping is 5-7 days, express is always available for extra cost. It is our goal to provide our customers with the highest quality of merchandise and shipped in mint condition. If for some reason the merchandise was damaged or doesn’t fit please return promptly in the original order it was shipped, in the original condition (shipping box, with attaching tag and all associated inside packing). If everything is received in the order they were originally ship, we will refund accordingly to the original payment, including the sales tax but excluding shipping cost.


No return of merchandise after 14 days, for exchanges or refunds.  You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

If the package is undeliverable or refused to be delivered, and was return back to us, you will only be credit for the merchandise ONLY and not for the shipping cost.
